AUSTIN--CBRE|UCR announces Cedar Park Town Center is fully occupied with recent completed leases for Austin-based brands Mama Fu's and Tiff's Treats. The class A regional shopping center was completed in early 2015 and encompasses 332,988 square feet in Cedar Park.

Cedar Park Town Center, developed by The Ainbinder Co., is located at the northwest corner of Toll 183A and Whitestone Boulevard; its strategic location places it at the corner of main and main in Cedar Park, with access to more than 73,000 vehicles per day.
The center is anchored by Costco, which is the largest of its kind in the Central Texas region at 153,700 square feet, and At Home, with additional long-term ground leases to BJ's Brewhouse, In-N-Out Burger, PDQ and Lupe Tortilla. The latter two joined the tenant lineup in 2015.
An 86-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott is under development adjacent to the retail center, with an estimated opening date of Q4 2016.
