LOS ANGELES—Many of the development sites available in Los Angeles are urban infill locations and constrained by existing property, which presents a challenge to designers. Architectural firm MVE + Partners has taken a keen look at overcoming these challenges in its design process, according to Rick Castillo, VP at the firm, which is expanding and recently opened a new office in Downtown Los Angeles.
