Several of the city's biggest landlords, including RXR Realty, Silverstein Properties and Tishman Speyer, competed for the ownership stake and operating responsibilities of the portfolio, according to Crain's.

CBRE sales broker Darcy Stacom reportedly handled the deal for Trinity and Norges after previously arranging the purchase of Norges' ownership stake last year.  A spokesperson for the real estate services firm did not respond to a request for comment.
