HOLMDEL, NJ—WorkWave, a cloud-based software companyserving the field service and “last mile” delivery sectors, hasbecome the largest tenant to date to rent space in the redevelopedBell Works complex in Holmdel, NJ. WorkWave will occupy a72,000-square-foot space in the building, with an expansion optionfor an additional 72,000 square feet.
WorkWave's decision to relocate its headquarters toBell Works from Neptune, NJ, is the latest in a string oftechnology companies taking space at the two-million-square-footproperty, the former historic headquarters of Bell Laboratories.The company just moved two years ago from Wall Township, butquickly outgrew its Neptune space. It expects to move into BellWorks early next year, although its CEO wishes he could move insooner.
