PLANO, TX—Built in 1999, Plano Corporate Center East received significant improvements in 2015, which included complete renovation of both the building's exterior and lobby. Fresenius Medical Care , a health care company focusing on providing quality care to people with renal and other chronic conditions, will take 52,206 square feet of building space. The remaining 26,189 square feet will be leased by Rug Doctor , the global provider of professional-grade, do-it-yourself deep carpet cleaning systems. Cushman & Wakefield's Johnny Johnson, Trey Smith and Layne Mayfield negotiated the leases on behalf of the landlords, Griffin Partners and Angelo, Gordon & Co.
