IRVINE, CA—Too many leaders today are not willing to be flexible with the new creative ideas that are out there. That is according to Bill Wilhelm, president of R.D. Olson Constuction.

Wilhelm recently chatted with GlobeSt.com about what established leaders are learning from their pupils. “We have to be open to doing business differently today than we did before,” he explains. “We can efficiently accomplish more today based on the fresh ideas and skill sets that our pupils bring to the table.”

However if you look at designing buildings today, he explains, the new indoor outdoor lifestyle and creative design is directly correlated to the ideas of the new generation. “It is no different from a leadership perspective.”
