BRIDGEWATER, NJ—Bridgewater Marble has renewed its leases for 50,282 square feet of space at 3W Chimney Rock Road in Bound Brook, NJ, and 1W Chimney Rock Road, Bridgewater, NJ. The properties are owned by Denholtz Associates. David Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction.

Denholz owns 115,714 square feet of space in the park at 1W-5W Chimney Rock Road.
