Dowling College Brookhaven Campus

NEW YORK CITY—As part of its bankruptcy proceedings, DowlingCollege is proceeding with an auction sale of its Brookhavencampus. The 105-acre Suffolk County property includes a 72,000square-foot, 70-room dormitory, an athletic complex, 65,000 squarefeet of offices and classrooms, and a 7,500 square-foot airplanehangar, close to Brookhaven Airport.

The sealed bid deadline is Dec. 4, and the auction will takeplace on Dec. 7, 2017.

The college's aviation program ran out of Brookhaven campus,located on the William Floyd Parkway and has benefited frommillions of dollars of infrastructure improvements.
