Sylvan | Thirty

DALLAS—Last month, Oaxaca Interestsannounced plans for redevelopment of the former W&B Refrigeration Company office/warehouse at 660Fort Worth Ave. into an indoor-outdoor dining and retaildestination. On the heels of that redevelopment announcement, moreexpansion plans are in the works for Oaxaca's flagship mixed-usedevelopment Sylvan |Thirty.

Oaxaca plans to add three new retail buildings, eachapproximately 3,500 square feet, along the west side of SylvanAvenue in front of the existing office building at 1881 Sylvan.Construction is expected to begin in early 2018.
