Music Management Firm RZO Relocates in Midtown Building

NEW YORK CITY—RZO, one of the music industry’s best-known management firms, is staying in Midtown West, moving within the building at 250 W. 57th St. The music managers of the Rolling Stones, U2, Sting, the estate of John Lennon, Shania Twain and David Byrne has leased from Empire State Realty Trust the entire 23rd floor, occupying 12,600 square feet. It will be consolidating its offices, relocating from space on three lower floors within the building.

The Commercial Observer reported that RZO had been in the building for 15 years, the asking rent was $74 per square foot for a 10-year lease, and the move will occur in fall 2018.
