ATLANTA—Berkadia hired Russ Hardy as managingdirector of its Atlanta office. He will work inconjunction with an investment sales team led by senior managingdirectors Andrew Mays and PaulVetter, who have closed over $1.1 billion in apartmentsales over the last two years alone.
