ATLANTA—As Georgia's multifamily marketcontinues its growth streak, another new apartmentcommunity has come to the market. Trees of Gainesville, an EarthCraft Certified, 348-unit multifamily complex,opened in Gainesville, GA.
Watkins Real Estate Group plans to build 13multifamily buildings in the complex. Thedeveloper has completed three multifamilybuildings. The remaining 10 apartment buildingsshould come online by the third quarter of 2018.
