JLL Nabs Maryland Team From CBRE

BETHESDA, MD–Three brokers from CBRE are joining JLL’s Suburban Maryland team. They are Steve Silverberg and Jim Cahill, who will be senior vice presidents, and Alden Stabb, who will be a senior associate.

Cahill and Stabb will work as a part of JLL’s office agency leasing business while Silverberg joins the firm’s office tenant representation group. They will be all based in the firm’s Bethesda office.

Silverberg was First Vice President at CBRE. Cahill was senior vice president while Stabb, worked closely with Silverberg and Cahill for the last four years.
