One Riverside, 4401 Northside Parkway, Atlanta, GA

ATLANTA, GA—Ironwood Insurance Services has signed a 26,000-square-foot, full-floor lease to relocate its headquarters to One Riverside, along the Chattahoochee River between Cobb Galleria and Vinings.

“What first attracted us to One Riverside was the location,” says Will Underwood, Ironwood managing partner. “It is close to the interstate and easily accessible from many parts of the Atlanta area. We also really like the 'town square' feel of the entire complex. We think this will be a great new home for Ironwood and look forward to moving in June.”

One Riverside, 4401 Northside Parkway, features 24-hour security, on-site management, meeting rooms, a walking trail and a workout facility. Additionally, a restaurant named Adalina is slated to open in the fall. Glenn Kolker and Preston Menning of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, MAA, a real estate investment trust, in the transaction.

One Riverside is a fantastic project and one of Atlanta's first true mixed-use developments,” says Kolker. “We could not be more pleased to have one of Atlanta's premier insurance service companies as a part of the community at One Riverside. This is a great fit for both MAA and Ironwood.”

Ironwood provides commercial insurance brokerage, risk management services and employee benefits consulting to middle market companies around the country.
