Sprinklr renews lease for five years at 29 W. 35th St.

NEW YORK CITY—Sprinklr has renewed its 40,000 square-foot lease for five years at the Midtown South location of 29 W. 35th St., between Fifth and Sixth avenues. The e-commerce company agreed to an interim lease renewal which grants additional flexibility with the opportunity to expand their offices in the building, which has two floors available for rent. The asking rent is $48 per square foot.

Sprinklr provides services including client relationship management, payment processing, and social media management systems for large companies. Newmark Knight Frank executive managing director Howard Kesseler represented the landlord, property manager, American Equities. The building is owned by Empire State Equities.

“It’s important to be nimble and to accommodate tenants as their company needs change,” said Kesseler. “This renewal underscores ownership’s commitment to ensure Sprinklr’s satisfaction and provides them with ample opportunity to grow and expand their business.”

The lobby will undergo renovations and NKF notes efforts will be focused on leasing out the two remaining floors.
