Syska Hennessy Group to Relocate to 1185 Avenue of the Americas

Syska Hennessy Group, currently located at 1515 Broadway, will occupy the entire fourth and fifth floors of the 1.1-million-square-foot building.

NEW YORK CITY—The Syska Hennessy Group has signed a lease dealfor two floors at SL Green Realty's 1185 Ave. of the Americas towerin Midtown.

The global mechanical, electrical, plumbing, information andcommunication technology and commissioning engineering firm hassigned a 15-year lease for 55,016 square feet at the 42-storytower.
