Interior Logic Group and Interior Specialists Close Merger
Interior Logic Group is the largest nationwide provider of outsourced design centers to homebuilders.
MARIETTA, GA AND IRVINE, CA—Marietta-based Interior Logic Group and Irvine, CA-based Interior Specialists, the two largest companies in the interior finishes industry completed their previously announced merger on June 1. The two companies are operating under the Interior Logic Group name.
The new company provides installation services to homebuilders, multifamily owners and big box retailers across the country. Interior Logic Group is the largest nationwide provider of outsourced design centers to homebuilders. Primary products handled on a turn-key basis include flooring, cabinets, countertops, and window treatments.
The new company has more than 4,300 employees, 225 locations, and a presence in 42 of the top 50 homebuilding markets in the US. Alan Davenport, the former president and CEO of ISI leads the new combined enterprise as president and CEO.
