JLL Promotes Christopher Molivadas To Mid-Atlantic Market Director

Molivadas will succeed Michael Ellis in the role, who transitioned to East Markets Lead at the beginning of this year.

WASHINGTON, DC–JLL has promoted Christopher Molivadas to the position of Mid-Atlantic Market Director. He will succeed Michael Ellis in the role, who became East Markets Lead at the beginning of this year.

Molivadas is an 18-year veteran of JLL. As Mid-Atlantic Market Director, he will be responsible for overseeing the entire region. He formerly led JLL’s Mid-Atlantic Project and Development Services business for 11 years. In 2017, Molivadas took over leadership for the Mid-Atlantic’s Investor Services business, working with JLL’s Agency Leasing, Capital Markets and Property Management teams.

Ellis took over as Mid-Atlantic Market Director in 2009 from David McGarry.

Molivadas holds a bachelor of business administration degree from Southern Methodist University with a degree in real estate and urban land economics from the Cox School of Business. He lives in Vienna, VA with his wife Melissa and three sons.
