“It’s great to go full circle,” says Randy Sullivan, principal of environmental consulting firm Golder, which is moving back to the Chamblee neighborhood where it got its start.

ATLANTA, GA—Golder, a specialized global environmental and geotechnical consulting firm, is leasing 23,000 square feet over two floors at Trackside, a transit-oriented development under construction near the Chamblee MARTA station. Sam Hollis and Ken Ashley of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction.

In 1973, Golder’s first office location in Atlanta was located near the Chamblee MARTA station, just feet from the new building.

“It’s great to go full circle,” says Randy Sullivan, principal, Golder. “In 1983, the office was displaced by the MARTA Chamblee Station construction. It’s exciting to be moving back across the street from the old office to a MARTA TOD in a vibrant part of the city.”

After 30 years on Chamblee Tucker Road, Golder is moving to the second and third floors of Trackside. Parkside Partners, along with Pattillo Industrial Real Estate, is developing the two-phase project, which will include 80,000 square feet of office space and 13,000 square feet of retail space.

Golder has 115 engineers, scientists and business professionals in its local Atlanta office and 6,500 professionals worldwide.
