82K SF Signed At Atlanta's One Overton Park
Carestream Dental’s new 54,000 square-foot offices at One Overton Park will serve as its worldwide headquarters.
ATLANTA, GA—Franklin Street Properties says it signed leases totaling approximately 82,000 square feet at its One Overton Park property, 3625 Cumberland Boulevard, Atlanta, GA.
FSP signed a new 130-month lease for approximately 54,000 square feet with Carestream Dental, a provider of imaging systems, practice management software and associated services for the global oral healthcare market. Carestream Dental’s new offices at One Overton Park will serve as its worldwide headquarters.
Accounting firm KPMG signed a new 67-month lease for 10,103 square feet, OneBeacon Services finalized a lease extension for 7,322 square feet through January 2024, and existing tenant Randstad General Partner expanded into an additional 10,943 square feet, giving Randstad a total of approximately 109,438 square feet through May 2024.
