MCR Picks Up SpringHill Suites Fairfax Fair Oaks
The 140-room hotel received a $1.4 million renovation last year.
FAIRFAX, VA – MCR Development has acquired the 140-room SpringHill Suites Fairfax Fair Oaks in Northern Virginia. The hotel received a $1.4 million renovation last year.
The hotel is 20 minutes from Dulles International Airport, and is close to several corporate headquarters including Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, and Boeing, along with attractions such as the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center.
