Harrison Street Buys Century Hall For $27M

MESA, AZ – Harrison Street Real Estate Capital acquired Century Hall, a 170-unit, 318-bed student residence hall at Arizona State University – Polytechnic Campus, for $27 million.
Built in 2012, Century Hall is located next to the student union, campus recreational facility, dining and main academic facilities. The property offers two multi-purpose rooms, a resident community kitchen, study rooms, and activity lounges on each floor.
