DENVER – Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has secured $118.5 million for The Forum Fitzsimons, a mixed-use residential and retail property in the Denver suburb of Aurora.

The HFF team representing the borrower included senior director Chris McColpin and managing director Josh Simon.

The team worked on behalf of a joint venture between Catalina Development Co., The Pollin Group and Sightway Capital to secure the five-year, floating-rate loan through a specialty finance company.

The Forum Fitzsimons is a four-story, wrap-style property including 397 apartment homes, 28,640 square feet of ground-floor retail space, with pools and spas. It is also located adjacent to the 578-acre Anschutz Medical Campus and across from the RTD Colfax light rail station, which provides access to downtown Denver.
