ANDOVER, MA–Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT reports that ithas sold the last data center in its portfolio with the sale ofAndover Data Center.
The REIT sold the data center to an unaffiliated company for $15million. The Andover Data Center is a million-critical data centerthat is about 25 miles north of Boston. It encompasses about 92,700rentable square feet, and the aggregate net book value wasapproximately $10.6 million as of June 30, 2018.
