DORAVILLE, GA—Mori Luggage and Gifts has sold 3595 McCall Place, a 23,074-square-foot office/warehouse in Doraville, GA to Pineapple House Interior Design. Jeff Henson of Lincoln Property Company Southeast represented the seller, and Jack Haden of NAI represented the buyer.

Pineapple House is a full-service interior design firm. Jean Mori constructed the building in 1993 and used the facility as headquarters for Mori Luggage and Gifts, a family-based retail chain founded in Atlanta in 1971, that national retailer Bergman Luggage recently acquired.

“Located just northeast of Atlanta, Doraville is the perfect location for a corporate headquarters for Pineapple House, which continues to expand its interior design and build services in Atlanta and South Florida,” says Lincoln’s Henson. “The building offers a great mix of office and warehouse space and presented an excellent opportunity for this buyer.”

The building, situated on 1.82 acres of a heavily landscaped business park setting, offers easy access to I-85 and I-285, and includes 4 dock-high doors, 22-foot clear height, outside storage and expansion land.

Since its inception in 1965, Dallas-based Lincoln Property Company has developed more than 250 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail projects as well as 209,000 apartment units.
