CLEVELAND—It's not just core cities that have been able toattract firms from the suburbs. Midwest downtowns such as Detroit and Cleveland are also having a greatdeal of success. The NRP Group, adeveloper, builder, and manager of multifamily housing, just becamethe latest Cleveland-area firm to make such a move. It hasrelocated its headquarters to the historic Halle Building at 1228Euclid Ave. in Downtown Cleveland from its current offices inGarfield Heights, OH.

“When we first started looking for a new headquarterstwo-and-a-half years ago, we were drawn to the Halle Buildingbecause of its central location, which will now enable ouremployees to fully enjoy the city,” says DavidHeller, co-founder and chief executive officer at The NRPGroup.
