The team also represented this long-time client in its purchase of the property in 2016. Cushman & Wakefield also represented ISN on behalf of Fischer & Company, ISN's national real estate advisor.

It connects by several direct routes to all five boroughs of New York City, and directly to the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and New York State Thruway.
