Maxx Properties Acquires Multifamily in Salt Lake City

Maxx Properties plans to undertake what it terms will be a comprehensive modernization program including improvements to the clubhouse, all common areas and full unit renovations.

SALT LAKE CITY, UT—Harrison, NY-based Maxx Properties haspurchased the 361-unit Cobble Creek Apartments complex here.

While no financial terms of the transaction were announced, theprivately-held real estate investment firm entered into along-term, fixed rate mortgage loan with Fannie Mae in connectionwith the purchase. KeyBank served as the originator and placementagent for the transaction.
