The Staybridge Suites is located at 9340 W. Cabela Dr., Glendale, AZGLENDALE, AZ— Trimark Property Group of Pacific, WA has purchased the Staybridge Suites hotel and the neighboring Holiday Inn Express and Suites on Cabela Drive here from Rockbridge Capital of Columbus, OH in a deal valued at $22 million.
The transaction was announced by Colliers International. The brokerage firm's James I. Meng and Jon Grantham from its Greater Phoenix office represented Trimark in the transaction.
The two hotel properties, constructed in 2007 and 2008, sit on 4.5 acres and feature a total of 212 units. The Staybridge Suites is located at 9340 W. Cabela Dr. and the Holiday Inn Express and Suites is at 9310 W. Cabela Dr.
Meng notes that the transaction marks the eighth and ninth hotel properties the firm has brokered so far this year. Colliers' Grantham adds that limited service and compact full serve hospitality assets continue to be in high demand in the Phoenix region.
