TERRELL, TX—It's a bit of a juxtaposition: on one hand, KaufmanCounty has grown exponentially during the last few years. On theother hand, residents of both Kaufman and Van Zandt counties havevery limited options for brick and mortar retail.

The 255-acre master-planned regionalretail and mixed-used development will service the eastern side ofDFW and the greater East Texas area. It is located adjacent toNorth Texas's first Buc-ee's Travel Center and a future BaylorScott & White Health 52-acre medical campus.
