SAN JOSE—Splunk Inc. signed another long-term lease for 301,000square feet of office space, this time in Federal Realty InvestmentTrust's 700 Santana Row, a 319,000-square-foot class-A mixed-useoffice and retail building under construction at Santana Row. This adds to Splunk's other leased space at500 Santana Row.
700 Santana Row is scheduled to deliver in 2019 and featuresseven levels of office area, above-ground floor retail and aparking garage with approximately 1,300 spaces. It is locatedat the intersection of Santana Row and Olsen Drive.
