WASHINGTON, DC— Denihan Hospitality has launched a localworkforce development initiative for The James Washington D.C.hotel, which is part of the Armature Works mixed-use project beingdeveloped by Trammell Crow subsidiary High Street Residential andKochSmith Capital.

Work on the overall project is set to begin in December 2018.Project completion is expected by the first quarter of 2021. The204-room James hotel is a component of the Armature Works projectthat is being developed on a 2.43-acre site adjacent to theNoMa-Galludet U. Metro stop between Union Market and H Street.
