Baltimore Pharma Delivery Firm AEXGroup Leasing Linden NJ, Industrial Space

AEX required a facility with solid connections to the highway network in Northern New Jersey and Linden met that requirement, according to Jordan Metz of Bussel Realty.

LINDEN, NJ—AEXGroup, a Baltimore-based end-line pharmaceutical delivery service, has leased 35,000 square feet of industrial space at 2020 South Stiles Street, Linden, NJ.

Jordan Metz, senior vice president of Bussel Realty Corporation, represented both AEXGroup and the landlord, Linden Warehouse, in the five-year deal.

Metz represented AEXGroup five years ago in its original relocation/expansion to Linden. The new location reduces its footprint to eliminate space the firm did not require as its operations became more efficient. The pharma delivery company chose to stay in Linden specifically because of the location’s proximity and access to the major transportation infrastructure in Linden, New Jersey requires for its last-mile pharmaceutical delivery service.

“What drives many users to this market are the location and functionality of these buildings. AEX required a facility within the sophisticated highway transportation network which integrates in Linden,” Metz says. “This allows them to service their customer base most efficiently. Relocating out of Linden was not an option for AEX.”

2020 South Stiles Street is a 57,440-square-foot industrial property located near Route 1-9 and the New Jersey Turnpike, as well as the Goethals Bridge to Staten Island, New York.  The property offers convenient access to Newark Liberty Airport, Port Newark/Elizabeth and New York City.
