Cerner Takes Space At 1812 North Moore

Rosslyn BID sees the lease as confirmation about the submarket’s innovation status.

ROSSLYN, VA–Cerner, a provider of healthcare technology, will lease 38,075 square feet of space at 1812 North Moore, Monday Properties’ 537,000-square-foot office tower here. The company will be leasing the entire 14th floor and part of the 12th floor. Their space will house associates who service a contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense.

Indeed one reason the company selected the property was its close proximity to the Department of Veteran Affairs and Department of Defense, according to Brian McVay of Cushman & Wakefield.
