Since announcing its renovation plans for the 42-story, 1.2-million-square-foot office tower last year, Fisher Brothers has now secured approximately 230,000 square feet of new leases and renewals at the Plaza District tower.
"The sale was driven by a long-term absolute triple-net lease," says STREAM Capital's Phil DiGennaro. "The private buyer was in a large 1031 exchange and was drawn to the company's headquarters location outside of Pittsburgh.”
The 350,000-square-foot multi-tenanted building is located on a 50-acre park-like setting within University Research Park. The seller of the property was a partnership between affiliates of Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, Origin Investments, and Stream Realty Partners.
