ATLANTA, GA—Carr, Riggs & Ingram, a Top 20 nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm, will consolidate its metro Atlanta offices at Central Perimeter’s newest class-A office tower, signing a multi-floor lease at 4004 Perimeter Summit with Seven Oaks Company. Located within the award-winning Perimeter Summit office park near the intersection of I-285 and Georgia 400, 4004 Perimeter Summit features world-class amenities, communal outdoor areas and a full menu of tenant-focused professional services, hospitality and community events. CRI will move into its new Atlanta headquarters during the first quarter of 2019 after completing the transition from three existing locations.

“Since technology is ever-changing, our facilities and employee training should also evolve,” says Kelly Bollinger, partner-in-charge of CRI’s Atlanta offices. “This move allows us to bring all 200+ CRI Atlanta professionals together in one sophisticated space conducive to sharing knowledge and ideas with clients, our local team, and across the firm as a whole.”

“We are pleased to welcome Carr, Riggs & Ingram to 4004 Perimeter Summit, which is set in one of metro Atlanta’s premier office environments,” says Randy Holmes, principal at Seven Oaks Company. “The fact that a Top 20 accounting firm like Carr, Riggs & Ingram chooses 4004 Perimeter Summit as its long-term home affirms the value proposition available to corporate users focused on recruiting and retaining top talent.”
