A Bex spacePhiladelphia-based Brandywine Realty Trust has launched a new flexible office platform for tenants and its first location is opening at at 8260 Greensboro Dr.
Called Bex, short for Brandywine Experience, it provides flexible work and community space in key Brandywine properties.

The Bex space has been designed with the modern tenant in mind, offering a relaxed environment, along with such amenities as free Wi-Fi, a kitchen & bar area, coffee & water service, private conference room booking, twice daily cleaning service, on-site printing and other office services.
The space is open not only to users in the building but anyone looking for a change of scenery or travelling to another city, Brandywine says. Travelers register online to secure space while in-market users can take advantage of Bex on a first come, first served basis. Tenants can also reserve space to host special events and programming.
Bex, which has opened at Tysons, will launch at Commerce Square in Philadelphia in November. The program is being piloted at 555 E. Lancaster Avenue in Radnor, Pa.
