CHICAGO—Cushman & Wakefield reports that it has added eight members of KIG CRE multifamily brokerage team to its multifamily institutional investment sales brokerage team.

The brokerage firm reports that Susan Tjarksen, Todd Stofflet and Jason Stevens joined C&W as managing directors on Oct. 1 and are now based in the firm's office at 225 West Wacker Drive.

Also joining C&W are other former members of the KIG CRE team—Laura Ballou, Jacob Albers, Daniel Falkenberg, Caleb Zielke and Brenda Cuellar.

The sales team has brokered over $2.4 billion of multifamily sales, 145 acres of multifamily land and sold more than 33,000 apartment units.
