DOUGLASVILLE, GA—Chadwell Supply Georgia, a supplier of maintenance, repair, and operations products for multifamily and apartment complex maintenance, is leasing 133,640 square feet at Bright Star Logistics Center, a master-planned industrial campus located in Douglasville, GA, about 22 miles west of Atlanta.

Pat Murphy, James Phillpott, and Tara Healy of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, The Silverman Group, in the transaction, and Billy Snowden of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.

“As we are growing the Bright Star Logistics Center and our greater Atlanta industrial holdings, we are excited about securing Chadwell's tenancy at our new building,” says Blake Silverman, president of The Silverman Group, a family-owned and operated private equity and real estate development organization based in Basking Ridge, NJ.

Centrally located between two of the largest inland port facilities in the Southeast, Bright Star Logistics Center is expected to attract manufacturers and third-party logistics companies. The park will feature three modern distribution buildings, one of which is currently occupied by Andersen Windows. The speculative building where Chadwell will be located has 201,973 square feet remaining for lease and is slated for delivery in November 2018.

“The state-of-the-art facility offers a fantastic opportunity in a market that's filled with many household names,” Cushman & Wakefield's Murphy says. “Bright Star Logistics Center is an exceptionally located property, and we know that The Silverman Group will execute it to the highest standards.”
