1000 MaineWASHINGTON, DC—Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is relocating its offices in Washington DC to take 30,404-square-feet at 1000 Maine at The Wharf. The building already has one law firm—Fish & Richardson PC, which is occupying 60,000 square feet.
Ben Plaisted, Greg Scheipers and Mordecai Scott of Savills Studley's DC office represented the tenant in negotiations.

Michael Best's new office will bring its DC legal practice and the firm's government relations and public affairs consulting group, Michael Best Strategies, under one roof.
1000 Maine at The Wharf is an 11-story trophy property with such amenities as a fitness center, 9,000-square-foot rooftop terrace, conference facility and event space. The landlord is represented by Brian Dawson and Amy Bowser of JLL.
