SEATTLE and PORTLAND–Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) is blanketing the Pacific Northwest appraisal marketplace with the the addition of several local appraisers to its Valuation & Advisory (V&A) practice. These newly added professionals will work out of NKF’s Seattle and Portland offices covering Alaska, Oregon and Washington. They will complete appraisals on all core asset types including multifamily, retail, industrial and office. Many of these appraisers have also developed specialty expertise beyond the core assets types.

Out of the Seattle office, Senior Managing Director, Stan E. Wolf, Market Leader – Pacific Northwest, welcomes Executive Vice President Nancy Dawn, Senior Vice President Dane Armbruster, Senior Vice President Joe Dracobly and Senior Vice President Chris Mealy along with analysts Darnell Ford, Austin Johnson and Devon Preiser.

Portland office’s Senior Vice President Ryan S. Prusse, Senior Vice President Jennifer Tillema, Vice President John Boyle and analyst Louis Knox have also joined the V&A team.
