NEW YORK CITY—Collegiate Church has sold two buildings, locatedat 260-262 W. 78th St. and the adjoining 378 West End Ave., to ajoint venture of Daishin Securities Co. Ltd. and Alchemy PropertiesInc. for $158 million.

The developers are building a new residential condominium,partly demolishing and partly preserving the existing structure.Construction is scheduled to begin in six months. The new projectis expected to include approximately 20,000 square feet ofamenities.
