The Compleat Sculptor Leases in Chelsea

Still a mecca for art galleries, the evolving neighborhood was able to attract the artists’ supply store to rent space for 10 years.

NEW YORK CITY—The Compleat Sculptor has signed a 13,500 square-foot, 10-year retail lease at 110 W. 19th St. The property owner is Wasserstein Enterprises, according to PropertyShark. The tenant plans to move into the building in December. The asking rent was $35 per square foot.

The eight-story, 265,000 square-foot office and retail building, located in the heart of Chelsea was constructed in 1917.
