MALVERN, PA—Arch Street Capital Advisors acquired a fully leased office portfolio in the greater Philadelphia MSA, on behalf of an institutional client.  The portfolio acquisition consists of four single-tenant office buildings which total 568,658 square feet of office space located in Malvern, PA.

“We are pleased to enter the greater Philadelphia office market with the purchase of a high-quality portfolio leased to a well-established and long-term tenant,” says Damian Taylor, senior vice president at Arch Street Capital Advisors. “We continue to seek quality long-term, single-tenant, net lease office assets on behalf of our institutional clients.”

425 Old Morehall Road, Malvern, PA, one of the properties Arch Street acquired, was built in 2014. The six-story building contains 212,410 square feet, and has a parking deck. The building is LEED Gold certified.
