Signature Bank Expands Presence at 1400 Broadway

Now, with the 26th-floor lease, Signature Bank's square footage at 1400 Broadway totals 111,872 square feet.

Signature Bank will now lease full floors on the sixth, seventh, 26th and 27th floors at 1400 Broadway.

NEW YORK CITY—Signature Bank, which earlier this year signed a lease deal for three floors at the building, has signed another full floor lease at 1400 Broadway, increasing its presence at the office tower to nearly 112,000 square feet.

Empire State Realty Trust Inc., the owner of 1400 Broadway, reports that Signature Bank has inked a lease for an additional 20,691square feet on the 26^th floor of the 37-story tower building that contains 929,405 rentable square feet.
