The new Avenue Bellevue development in downtown Bellevue
BELLEVUE, WA–Fortress Development recently announced details about Avenue Bellevue, its luxury mixed-use project. The two-tower development will have 332 luxury residences and the Pacific Northwest's first InterContinental® Hotel with 251 guest rooms, full-service spa and fitness center, meeting space and other luxury amenities.
Of the 332 residences, 106 will be “estate homes” which, among other amenities, will allow guests to access InterContinental Hotel services including room service, housekeeping, spa and fitness center access, concierge assistance and valet parking. Avenue Bellevue will also feature 85,000 square feet of high-end retail, food and nightlife plus a new restaurant from a three- Michelin-star chef.
Designed in partnership with Seattle-based Weber Thompson and HBA, a hospitality design firm, Avenue residential sales will start in early 2019, with construction to commence in mid-2019.
