The new Avenue Bellevuedevelopment in downtown Bellevue

BELLEVUE, WA–Fortress Development recently announced detailsabout Avenue Bellevue, its luxury mixed-use project. The two-towerdevelopment will have 332 luxury residences and the PacificNorthwest's first InterContinental® Hotel with 251 guest rooms,full-service spa and fitness center, meeting space and other luxuryamenities.

Of the 332 residences, 106 will be “estate homes” which, amongother amenities, will allow guests to access InterContinental Hotelservices including room service, housekeeping, spa and fitnesscenter access, concierge assistance and valet parking. AvenueBellevue will also feature 85,000 square feet of high-end retail,food and nightlife plus a new restaurant from a three-Michelin-star chef.
