Parks Hospitality Breaks Ground on Tru by Hilton Hotel in NC

Parks Hospitality also reports that in the near future it will break ground on another Tru by Hilton property in Columbia, SC.

BURLINGTON, NC—Parks Hospitality Group, which is headquartered in Raleigh, NC, has broken ground on a 101-room Tru by Hilton hotel property here.

The developer expects to complete the four-story building in late 2019. The hotel will be the first Tru by Hilton in the Piedmont-Triad region.

Parks Hospitality also reports that in the near future it will break ground on another Tru by Hilton property in Columbia, SC.

“We are excited to bring the first Tru by Hilton to the area and to open our second Hilton hotel in Burlington,” says Trevor Walden, VP of operations for Parks Hospitality Group. “Tru by Hilton will provide a great option for cost-conscious travelers looking for a great stay and ideal location.”

The Tru Hotel by Hilton property at 960 Kirkpatrick Road in Burlington will be owned and operated by Parks Hospitality Group.

Parks Hospitality Group owns and manages seven hotels in North Carolina and Tennessee employing more than 300 associates.  The firm currently has multiple hotels under development in Asheville and Burlington, NC; as well as, Greenville and Columbia, SC.
