Brokerage firm Kidder Mathews has been rapidlyexpanding in the Los Angeles market. The firm is opening a fourthL.A. office in Century City, following the opening of an office inGlendale in October and an office in El Segundo in August. A teamfrom Charles Dunn including Darrell Levonian, whowill head the office, Charles DeSantis,Tanel Harunzade, Kyle Gulock,Justin Mendelson and Janet Nemanwill join the firm as EVPs, along with 15 other brokers.
