OAK BROOK, IL—Lucien Lagrange Studio received approval from the Village of Oak Brook for a new 22-story, first-of-its-kind, condominium development with expansive views and luxury amenities. Adjacent to 1900 Spring Road and Oak Brook Center, The Butler will bring an urban lifestyle to the suburban community.

Named after Paul Butler, the founder of Oak Brook, the development amenities will include a curated library, fitness center, terrace pool, dog park, roof terrace and expansive communal gardens. The property will also offer residents indoor parking for up to 225 vehicles. Condominiums will be priced from $800,000 to more than $2 million, and have 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units available, ranging in size from 1,340 to 3,500 square feet with outdoor terrace space and views of downtown Chicago. The building will also feature two luxury penthouse units between 5,000 and 5,400 square feet. In total, 90 condo units will be offered.

“We are very pleased to welcome The Butler and its soon-to-be new residents to the Village of Oak Brook,” says David Carlin, president and CEO of the Greater Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce. “We owe much of the success of the project to the reputation of Jupiter Realty, Fasano Development and the high-quality and renown of the architect, Lucien Lagrange Studio. This is a significant accomplishment for our community that will benefit Oak Brook’s residents and businesses for many years to come.”
